GatherContent (or similar)

Hi there! Anyone using GatherContent or other content operations platform?

We’re trying to be more effective in how we manage and track content requests. We centrally manage content owned by 30+ different stakeholder groups (about 100 people from several NSWG agencies have backend access to the CMS).

Our CMS lacks in terms of version control, track changes, comments and notifications, editorial calendar, approvals. So at the moment we rely on email, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. To say we’re getting a little lost is the understatement of the year!

What’s everyone else doing?

Hey @nadia.k there’s definitely a few teams with this type of publishing approach need (and I think they may well be using the platforms you mention).
