Triggering change event in angular for a multi select dropdown

I am using nsw multi select dropdown to populate the values and capture the choosen options via change events. But I am unable to capture the data in any kind of event even if i add the control to a form or not.I don’t see any way to capture the options either from custom attributes mentioned in the div tag or from the select element.
