Usage of the NSW Government Design System for local government

Hi all

I work for Shoalhaven City Council and am interested in using the Design System for some of our public facing websites.

The idea would be to replace masterbrand colours and associated palettes, logos, and specific elements to match our branding. For installation, we would use either JSDelivr or local copies.

Is usage of the Design System for local government within acceptable use?
